Meet Our Quality Service Managers

We’re proud to introduce two of our exceptional Quality Service Managers who play a crucial role in upholding our values and delivering outstanding care to those we serve.

Samantha – Quality Service Manager for the London Region

Samantha is the Quality Service Manager for the London Region at Prospero Health and Social Care Recruitment. With over 17 years of experience as a registered manager with both Ofsted and the CQC, Samantha’s extensive background includes managing Residential Children’s Homes, supported living homes, domiciliary care agencies, and clubs for disabled children. Her expertise also extends to consultancy, where she completed Regulation 44 visits and supported companies in opening and registering new homes with Ofsted.

Professional Background: Samantha’s career in the health and social care sector is marked by her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of children and young people in care. She has a wealth of experience managing diverse care settings, and her consultancy work has given her a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices. Her role at Prospero allows her to leverage this experience to ensure that the recruitment process consistently identifies candidates who are not only qualified but also deeply committed to providing the highest standard of care.

Personal Insight: “I have always been passionate about ensuring every child or young person in care receives the highest quality of care. The best motivation for me is seeing the difference we can make in their lives, watching them grow into young adults who are ready to transition into adulthood and achieve their goals.”

Significant Achievement: “One of my proudest moments was working with a young person who was involved in criminal activities. Through hard work and determination, he turned his life around, gained qualifications, and moved on to semi-independent living. He now manages his own budget, maintains his flat, and has secured an apprenticeship. He still keeps in touch, and his progress makes all the hard work worthwhile.”
