Pay Rate: £17.00 – £18.00 per hour (Umbrella only)

Shifts: Days & Waking Nights (Flexible – Full & Part-Time Hours Available)

We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Adult Support Workers to join our team supporting individuals in residential and supported living settings across West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible, temporary work with plenty of available hours, while making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to adults in residential or supported living settings
• Promote independence and support individuals with daily living tasks
• Assist with personal care where required
• Support emotional wellbeing and encourage social engagement
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working in a care or support setting
• A valid Right to Work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach
