Position: Adult Support Worker

Rate of Pay: £11.00 – £16.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For:
As an Adult Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals with learning difficulties, autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour.
Your role will involve:
- Assisting individuals in their day-to-day activities and promoting their independence.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and development.
- Building positive and supportive relationships with service users and their families.
- Implementing individual care plans and providing personalised support.
- Responding to the unique needs and challenges of each individual with empathy and patience.
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver the best possible care.
