Key Accountability’s

To support people with disabilities, including individuals with profound and complex needs, using person centred approaches to enable people to achieve positive outcomes as defined in their support plan

To support people with dignity and respect in order to meet their day to day needs, including personal care supports.

Skills/Requirements

– 3-6 months working in adult support setting/residential home

– Right to work in the UK

– NVQ level 3 is desirable but not essential
