The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex cases, conducting strengths-based assessments to promote well-being and positive risk-taking.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and social workers to deliver the best possible outcomes.
• Develop and implement personalised reablement plans that empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
• Provide professional advice, support, and training to colleagues, including Occupational Therapists and other team members.
• Act as an expert advisor on the provision of bespoke equipment, ensuring best value and increased independence while reducing risks.
• Supervise and support complex cases, demonstrating leadership within the team.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Occupational Therapy.
• A thorough understanding of occupational therapy laws and person-centred practices.
• A full UK driving licence to enable community visits.
• A passion for promoting well-being, delivering results, and leading by example.
