About the role You will be responsible for leading the personalized care delivered to service users with learning disabilities, on the autistic spectrum and have other health lead complex needs. This is a supported living service where service users reside in their own bespoke flats. You will over see the staff and delivery of personalized support. Duties include being hands-on, working in the services, leading and line managing your staff team and acting as a role model. You will hold the CQC registration for this supported living service and support the Managers.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required . We are looking for a strong leader who has managed a similar setting and able to build positive relations with internal staff and external agencies. Has a thorough understanding of CQC requirements in this field and able to work in accordance with County Council contracts of Care.
