About the role – As an Assistant Head Teacher, you will report to the Principle and be responsible for the leadership of the school and developing learning to ensure the school offers an excellent service to all. Duties include coaching and mentoring all staff members, develop positive relationships with interal and external teams to work towards and sustain Outstanding level, spend 0.6 of your time in the classroom acting as a role model and upholding best practice in a teaching capacity.

Qualifications and Experience required – You will need a recognised teacher training qualification and ideally special educational accredited training. We are looking for an experienced SEN leader with experience in raising teaching standards and complex scenario/conflict management.
