About the role – As an Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of this supported living home. The adults need support with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues and anxiety. They also show behaviours that at times are challenging. Your role will be split between administration duties such as creating rotas, recruitment, staff management and record updates. The other aspect is a hands on role, working alongside your Support Workers with personal care, cooking, cleaning and administering medication.

Qualifications and Experience required – We are looking for people who can demonstrate effective leadership skills, has a UK driving license, is a strong administrator, has experienced of rostering, has good regulatory body knowledge and has worked with the same client group.
