Are you an experienced leader in social care, passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established care provider as an Assistant Service Manager, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs.

The Role:

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of the service, ensuring high-quality care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will:

✅ Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation, CQC regulations, and best practice.
✅ Support individuals with health, well-being, and social needs, promoting independence.
✅ Lead and motivate staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
✅ Manage budgets effectively, including staffing and financial performance.
✅ Act as a key point of contact for families, professionals, and external partners.
✅ Step into the Service Manager role when required.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience leading teams in social care (essential).
✔ Knowledge of sector regulations and CQC standards (essential).
✔ A positive and proactive approach to leadership.
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ A Level 4 RQF Diploma in Adult Care (desirable) – or a willingness to work towards it.
✔ A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (highly desirable).
