• Manage administrative tasks, including rostering, invoicing, and personnel record maintenance.
• Lead recruitment efforts, screening candidates, organising interviews, and attending events.
• Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards through audits and documentation management.
• Develop and maintain community links, supporting volunteer recruitment and engagement.
• Assist in promoting inclusion and awareness through local student placements and social activities.
