The Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable care assistants who can provide day-to-day personal care and support, including driving clients when needed. As part of our team, you have the flexibility to choose your working hours, and we will match you with care companies that need cover in your chosen areas. This is perfect for those who enjoy variety, flexible schedules, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of £16.64 plus full mileage reimbursement

• Flexible, day-to-day assignments across RCT, Caerphilly, Bridgend, and Newport

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months paid UK experience with a care company
• Experience in personal care, lifting, and hoisting
• Full UK driving license and a clean driving record
• Reliability, compassion, and a professional attitude
