As a Care Coordinator in DomCare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of domiciliary care services. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating care schedules, client assessments, and liaising with care professionals to guarantee the highest quality of care. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Scheduling: Efficiently plan and schedule care visits for clients, ensuring that all client needs and preferences are met.
  • Client Assessment: Conduct initial client assessments to determine care needs and preferences, and develop tailored care plans.
  • Staff Assignment: Assign and coordinate care professionals to clients based on their qualifications and compatibility.
  • Client and Family Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients and their families to ensure their well-being and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Crisis Management: Act as a point of contact for clients and care professionals in case of emergencies or changes in care plans.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among care professionals and ensure they are well-informed about client care needs.


  • A relevant qualification or experience in healthcare or social care.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in care management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A compassionate and client-focused approach.
  • Prior experience in a care coordination or scheduling role is a plus.

Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willing to process an Enhances DBS through Prospero.
