Care & Support Worker

You will be supporting a 33 years old female service user who requires assistance with both physical and behavioural needs, including:

• Personal care, including support with a suprapubic catheter

• Daily living assistance

• Emotional support and companionship

• Maintaining a safe and structured home environment

This is a 2:1 support during the day and 1 sleep-in staff overnight, providing 24/7 care coverage.

Key Details:

• Weekly pay

• £16/hour for day shifts (8AM-8PM)

• £10/hour for sleep-in nights (8PM-8AM)

• Must be comfortable with dogs – the service user has one dog

• Long-term, consistent work opportunity

• Work is rota-based, flexible availability required

Requirements:

• Previous care or support experience (including catheter care preferred)

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK

• Reliable, empathetic, and committed to person-centred care

• Comfortable working in a home with pets

• Driver desirable however not essential
