Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a real impact in the lives of children and young people? Prospero Health & Social Care is expanding in Derby, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable professionals to join our team in delivering bespoke crisis support and care.

🧡 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 12+ months paid experience in health & social care (working with children/young adults)
✔️ A driver with business insurance and willing to travel
✔️ Social Care Wales registration (or willingness to register)
✔️ NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Reliable, flexible, and truly passionate about making a difference
