Child Support Worker

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Looking after and taking care of vulnerable difficult children, with different types of mental health issues.
Assisting with the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident & accidents reporting.
Providing physical and emotional support which may include helping with household tasks.
Manage the well being and behaviour’s ensuring significant behavioural or physical occurrences are addressed and managed accordingly.
Building relationships with the children to provide care and support.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, family and external health care professionals and adhere to company policies and procedures
