🧾 What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months of paid experience in health and social care (children/young people)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Children & Young People (or working towards it)
- Driving licence with business insurance
- Willing to travel
- Reliable, compassionate, and flexible
📅 Shift Info:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day and night shifts available
- Weekday and some weekend work
- Work in residential homes and sheltered housing
📍 Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Swansea
