Children Support Worker

We are seeking passionate Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our expanding team in Swansea and surrounding areas.

Our Requirements:

• 12 months of paid experience in the health & social care sector (especially with children and young adults)
• Full, clean driving license and business insurance
• Flexibility to travel across Swansea and surrounding areas
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (preferred, but not essential)
• Social Care Registration (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable to changing situations
