Children Support Worker

As the festive season arrives, Prospero Health and Social Care is continuing to grow – and we’re looking for dedicated, experienced Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our expanding team across Cardiff, Bridgend and RCT.

🌟 Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months paid experience in Health & Social Care (with children/young people)
• A driver with business insurance
• Happy to travel
• Reliable, flexible and compassionate
• NVQ Level 3 (desirable but not essential)
• Social Care registered

🎄 Role Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Part-time hours: 48 per week
• Settings: Residential homes, sheltered housing
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, days and nights
• Locations: RCT / Bridgend / Cardiff / Swamsea (must commute or relocate)
