📍 Location: North Wales (Conwy, Flint, Denbigh, Gwynned, Wrexham,Anglesey)
🕒 Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts
💷 Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

We’re seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people in residential, supported living, and crisis care settings across North Wales.

✅ Requirements:

• Registered with Social Care Wales (ideal, not essential)

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle

• 12+ months UK-based experience in children/young people’s care

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and positive behaviour support

• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

✅ Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, nurturing, and consistent care

• Build positive relationships and promote resilience

• Support daily routines, education, health, and activities

• Implement care plans and collaborate with Multi-agency teams
