Position – Children’s Registered Manager – new home opening

Employment type – Permanent

Location – Ilford, Redbridge

Salary – £60,000 p.a plus bonus of between £10-20,000

Hours – 40 hours per week as business requires

About the role – Are you ready to launch a new home and be fully involved with its registration from the very start? As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the entire running of this 4 bed, new, modern and highly furbished home. Reporting to the RI, duties will include staff training, care planning, budgeting, maintaining and improving Ofsted rating, recruitment, appraisals, work with external agencies and parents, to name but a few.

Qualifications and Experience required -.Level 5 in Children and Young People and be an experienced man-manager in a children’s residential setting. You will have a good knowledge of the Childrens Home Regulations 2015 and safeguarding legislation
