Children’s Registered Manager

Position: Registered Manager Childrens Home
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Package: Up to £55,000 plus bonuses

Role Overview:

As a Registered Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of a large childrens home for children with autism. You will play a crucial role in the daily lives of our youngsters, helping them reclaim their childhood and embark on pathways to becoming well-rounded adults. Your leadership will ensure a secure, safe, and inspiring environment for both staff and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with OFSTED requirements.
· Manage the intake of new referrals and facilitate their transition into the home.
· Lead and inspire your team to uphold the highest standards of care.
· Create a nurturing and supportive environment for residents.
· Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

What We Offer:

· Annual Salary:£47,000- £55,000 plus up to £4,000 in bonuses

What We Are Looking For:

· Experience managing an OFSTED rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
· A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
· Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
· A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
