About the role – You will be responsible for the overall running and management of the unit, including the staff, the budgets, the resources and fabric of the unit and the welfare of the service users. Duties include developing, implementing and monitoring care plans, arranging additional support for complex cases, working in partnership with social workers, county councils, education provider and families. Overseeing the taking and keeping of accurate report writing, assessments, attending court and recruitment, to name but a few.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.Ideally you will have your Level 5 in childrens and young peoples workforce or be willing to work towards. You will be a proven manager having working with the same client group, have good knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements and willing to go the extra mile
