About the role – As a Clinical Home Manager for this 60-bed nursing home, you will be responsible for improving/maintaining the CQC rating through leadership and management, training and supervision of the healthcare team. You will manage all aspects of the daily operation in accordance with CQC regulations. Effective time-management is crucial due to the diversity of your duties. You will be supported by your senior management team and back office with Quality and Compliance, HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications and Experience required -.We are looking for an RGN with experience of specialist nursing practices and proven past experience of running a home with a minimum of Good CQC rating. Having a good knowledge of dementia strategy and mapping is desirable.
