Prospero are recruiting experienced support workers to enhance the lives of the children & young people we support.

About the job:

This role is essential in supporting young people at a time of crisis. This role enables vulnerable children and young people to receive support at a time when is most needed.

• The role is flexible and can fit around your current commitments.
• Shifts are 12 hours
• Shifts available are days & waking nights

What We Are Looking for From You:

Due to the nature of the role, we require applicants to have prior experience in the health and social care sector to apply for this role.

• An empathetic and holistic approach to support children and young people in crisis
• The ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
• Adhere to paperwork that has been implemented
• A passion to enhance the lives of the children and young people you support
• The ability to work well under pressure in situations that are challenging.
• To be willing or registered with Social Care Wales
