Extra Care Deputy Project Manager
Location: Hull
Salary: £25,706.49 – £28,213.02 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (including weekends and public holidays)

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting the day-to-day management of an extra care service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputising for the Registered Manager and assisting in the operational and quality management of the service.
- Ensuring the delivery of respectful, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.
- Working closely with staff, clients, families, and external partners to meet individual needs and enhance community involvement.
- Managing staff rotas, ensuring efficient deployment and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Conducting assessments and implementing care plans that are regularly reviewed and responsive to changing needs.
- Supporting the development of staff through training and supervision, ensuring compliance with care standards and promoting best practices.

About You:
- You have significant experience in services for older people, ideally within extra care, home care, or dementia support.
- You are an excellent communicator, with strong leadership skills and experience in supervising teams.
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality care and promoting independence and dignity for service users.
- A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above) is desirable, though not essential.
