Position – Deputy Manager

Salary – GBP28,000 to GBP35,000 p.a.
Hours – 35 hours per week
Why work here – This is a charity that provides accommodation for young people at risk of being homeless. They provide high level facilities offering a homely and safe environment for the young people they support who may have addiction or mental health support needs.
About the role – You will support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of this housing support project. This is a 24-bed service where residents can say up to 2 years. Duties include staff management in terms of training, performance and rostering, key working with allocated residents, liaison with statutory and voluntary agencies to help residents access community support, administration, health and safety and record keeping to name a few
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required – We are looking for someone who has a similar work back-ground, able to build excellent relationships with internal and external parties, a good man-manager, knowledge of the services available to the homeless and Ofsted guidance around supported accommodation.
