Birmingham | £35,040 – £38,400 per annum (including sleep-ins)

Are you an experienced Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? This organisation is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership team in delivering exceptional care within a children’s residential home.

The Role:

• Leading and supporting a team to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
• Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations in the home
• Supporting children with their emotional well-being, personal development, and daily routines
• Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am – 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to care planning

What You’ll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• At least one year of experience in a Team Leader role within a children’s residential home (Essential)
• Flexibility to work different days, including weekends and sleep-ins
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
