Domiciliary Care Worker

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a local care company provider who are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Worker’s to join their team and provide high-quality care to their clients in their own homes. As a adult/elderly Care Worker, you will be responsible for traveling to clients’ homes and providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to clients’ homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
• Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
• Must drive and have access to own vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Compassion and commitment to providing high-quality care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Salary: From £14.75 per hour

– Shifts to choose from are :

7am – 3pm , 3pm – 10pm or 7am – 10pm

Shift:

• 15 hour shifts
• 7/8 hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Monday to Sunday – must be flexible to pick up weekend work from time to time
