Extra Care Registered Manager
Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Harrow
This not-for-profit organisation is seeking a warm, compassionate, and proactive Extra Care Registered Manager to oversee the operational management and quality of its Extra Care service in Eastman Village, Harrow. The service supports older people with varying needs, including dementia, mental health issues, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and complex health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Area Manager, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure contractual and CQC care standards are met.
- Providing person-centred, flexible, and personalised services promoting independence and dignity for clients.
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality care and support services, including direct personal care when required.
- Managing staff, ensuring appropriate training, and optimising resources for service delivery.

Requirements:
- Significant practitioner and/or management experience in services for older people.
- Experience in supervising staff and planning rotas.
