Family support worker

Prospero Health & Social Care are recruiting Contact Supervisors.

About the service:

To provide contact supervision either within the community or within a contact centre, must have previous contact supervision experience and report writing.

Shifts – Adhoc/flexible

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To supervise contact within a contact centre or out in the community
• Supporting and supervising young people who may present with challenging behaviours.
• To liaise with social services
• Produce detailed case reports and correspondence.
• Activities

Experience, training, and qualifications:

• Substantial experience of working and engaging with young people
• Capable of dealing with challenging behaviour
• Capable of working well on your own
• A positive attitude

To Apply for the role:

• You will have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willing to process an Enhances DBS through Prospero.
• Be able to provide 5 years references.
