Family Support Worker

In this role you will be required to assess the families needs produce a support plan to address the issues and prevent risks and escalation. Liaise with social workers and other health care professionals to analyse progress. Assist with learning difficulties and development as well as demonstrating, how, to control behaviour management in the event of a crisis. Motivate service users and families whilst safeguarding and keeping up-to-date with practices and legislation(s).
