Your Role:

• Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people

• Support children with daily routines, education, and personal care

• Work closely with the team to ensure the well-being and safety of the children

• Encourage positive behaviour and help build self-confidence

• Be a positive role model and promote independence

Requirements:

• Female driver (essential)

• 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient

• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
