To further strengthen their team, they are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join us.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care delivery across all clients supported. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting our Domiciliary Care Workers in the field, ensuring they provide exceptional care to our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients’ well-being and to progress within the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to observe and supervise Domiciliary Care Workers, providing guidance and support.
  • Assess the needs of new clients, develop care plans, and ensure services align with client’s preferences and requirements.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of new Domiciliary Care Workers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Monitor the quality of care services provided and implement improvements when necessary.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients and their families to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Be available for on-call duties as part of a rotational schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care plans, client assessments, and supervisory visits.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role in the care sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of domiciliary care practices and CQC regulations is advantageous.
  • The Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desired but not required for this position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy toward clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
