About the role – Reporting to the Registered Manager, your role would be to assist in the day-to-day management of the project within agreed budgets, quality and Christian values. Duties will include managing referrals and achieving agreed occupancy levels, work with external agencies in monitoring risk and training factors, report writing for the courts, manage rotas, review client files to ensure required outcomes are being met, lead staff hand over meetings, on occasion provide personal care to clients, assist with staff interviews and training.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.We are looking for a practicing Christian who can provide a religious reference. You need a qualification in Health and Social Care and experience of working with people who a times can display verbally challenging behaviour. You will have a good knowledge of risk assessing, ideally have worked with ex-offenders and have managed/supervised staff.
