About the role – As a Home Manager, you will manage a 78-bed home and ensure the very highest of care is delivered. Duties include staff supervision, monitoring and evaluating the care delivered and ensuring all legal requirements are met. Recruitment and training, formulating care plans, statutory record keeping, investigations, compliant handling, administering medication, staff training, rota management, budget control, support residents with finance management, assessing and negotiating fees of new residents and upholding the visions of the company.

Qualifications and Experience required -. This Home Manager role requires a Level 5 in Health and Social Care, previous management experience in the same setting, excellent management skills and a caring nature. You will have a good understanding of the health and social care act to ensure a safe and compliance environment.
