Hours – 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday

About the role –

As a Housing Support Worker, you will support clients with addiction living within the service. Ensure clients receive regular medical/clinical reviews and follow up any changes in prescribed treatment, to be integrated into recovery plans. Carry out the client referral and assessment process. Co-ordinate and deliver meaningful opportunities for clients to develop confidence and skills, while focusing on client involvement and regular house meetings.

Qualifications and Experience required –

• Health or Social Care qualification at degree level or equivalent

• A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work.

• Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs.
