The Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to:

• Work proactively with individuals in their own homes, conducting strengths-based assessments to understand their needs and aspirations.
• Collaborate with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans that help them achieve their goals.
• Promote independence, well-being, and reduced long-term care needs through a person-centred approach.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team led by Occupational Therapists, including assistants and support workers, with oversight from a Principal Occupational Therapist.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
