As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of our childcare services. You will be responsible for ensuring that our settings meet and exceed Ofsted standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Ofsted Compliance:** Ensure that all settings are fully compliant with Ofsted regulations and standards.
  2. **Staff Management:** Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education.
  3. **Quality Assurance:** Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to continually enhance the quality of our childcare services.
  4. **Child Safeguarding:** Oversee and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
  5. **Parent and Stakeholder Engagement:** Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders.
  6. **Budget Management:** Manage the budget for the setting efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  7. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.
  8. **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by Ofsted.

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent).

– Ofsted Registered Manager experience in a childcare setting.

– A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

– Excellent leadership and team management skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

– A commitment to delivering exceptional childcare services.
