Job Title: Project Manager – Supported Living

Are you a care professional with leadership experience in supported living? Do you want to make a real difference in people’s lives while leading a dedicated team?

Our client, a respected and expanding provider of supported living services across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex, is seeking a committed Project Manager. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.

In this role, you’ll lead a team to provide safe, person-centred care. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, staff management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. It’s a varied, rewarding position ideal for someone who’s passionate about care and confident in leading people and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality care and support.

  • Oversee staff rotas, training, supervisions, and performance.

  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are current and person-centred.

  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and health & safety regulations.

  • Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies.

  • Support service users with personal finances, benefits, and independence.

  • Monitor incidents, audits, and service quality, ensuring prompt action where needed.

  • Take part in on-call responsibilities and emergency responses.

  • Ensure the safe administration of medication and accurate record-keeping.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent

  • Experience managing or supervising staff in a care or supported living setting

  • Strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and safeguarding

  • Experience in medication management and care planning

  • Confident in IT systems, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Flexible, with a positive approach to challenges

  • First Aid at Work certificate
