About the role – As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage your region’s Facilities and Estates team and be overall responsible for the service it provides whilst keeping all documentation and systems up to date. Your role is to make sure all premises are safe for the children and young people, staff and visitors. As well and working on existing sites, you and your project team, will be involved in the construction of new site opening within your region. You will work collaboratively with Estate Directors, School Principles, the Groups Health and Safety Director and site contractors, to deliver service requirements to a high standard.

Qualifications and Experience required – Relevant qualifications in Building Studies or similar, NEBOSHH, ability to travel, with some overnight stays. Good organisation and management skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will be able to make sound judgement and able to prioritise.
