Role Overview: As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and managing a team of care professionals. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of excellence, professionalism, and compassion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care service, including scheduling, staffing, and client care planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including those set by regulatory bodies and local authorities.
  • Manage and support a team of care staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
  • Conduct assessments of clients’ care needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of care services through regular audits, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to promote open communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between the care service and external agencies, such as healthcare providers, social services, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Multi site experiance.
  • Registered Manager qualification or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management).
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or social care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in care provision.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care delivery.
