Their homes house no more than 3 residents to ensure the support received is individualised and person centred. All staff are highly trained and believe every child has the right to compassionate care to reach their full potential. This employer understands the importance of fully engaged and developed staff being the core of everything they do and is central to their business. They provide an excellent induction and ensure all staff receive ongoing training, individualised development plans and a supportive working environment.

You will be required to complete reports on the child’s daily progress and on rare occasions administer medications for which full training will be given.

Qualifications and Experience required – In order to make a significant difference to the lives of the children in your care, you will help them have a sense of belonging and help build on individual weaknesses and gain their trust. You will maintain confidentiality and be a natural patient role model. You need compassion to provide Physical, Emotional, Social and Mental Health support to these children. Due to the location of the homes, you will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
