We are seeking an enthusiastic Children’s Home Manager to help run, support and maintain the day to day running of a new children’s home in Abergavenny.

The autonomy to recruit, develop and maintain the home in your own way is paramount. Utilising your skills and experience to ensure the home has a caring, homely feel and that is centred around the child’s well-being and development. You will have ownership on referrals, staffing, shift patterns and to work with what you know works best.
This really is a great opportunity to run a home in your best way. To maximise and develop the potential of the staff and to nurture and develop children within the home.
Must have QCF or NVQ Level 3 in CYP or children’s services as well as the RMA Level 4 in management.
Competitive rates of pay on offer of £40k plus for the right manager.
Office hours will be available for the manager as well as the ability to be on call due to the needs of the home.
