Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading the management of a large Extra Care service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Collaborating with a Deputy Manager and Senior Care Staff for smooth operations.
• Driving quality assurance, including incident management and service improvement strategies.
• Leading safeguarding efforts and ensuring adherence to CQC standards.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Preparing for and participating in CQC inspections to achieve positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a CQC-registered management role.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in leading large teams and managing change.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A solid understanding of Extra Care services and the unique challenges they present.
