Hours – 40 per week

About the role – As the Registered Manager, the purpose of your role is ensure the home is Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-Led. Duties will include staff management, training and recruitment. Promoting person centred care , be an ambassador for the business and ensure quality standards are upheld by all, prepare and assist with external inspections, maintain budgets, working closely with the Finance Director, assess potential referrals, record keeping , attend meeting with the Directors and work outside normal hours to meet with night and weekend staff.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required – We are looking for an experienced manager who has a proven track record working with the same client group and is a strong leader. You will have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and thorough understanding of Demetia. Your home provides 24/7, 365 days a week care, so we need someone who can work flexibility within this should you be needed.
