Position – Registered Manager – Elderly Care

Employment type – Permanent

Location – Tiverton, Devon

Salary – £42,000 p.a. plus bonus. OTE £46,000

Hours -Monday to Friday – 40 per week. Mainly 9am to 5pm with flexibility to enable you to have adequate oversight of those who report to you.

About the home – This is a 27-bed elderly residential home set in an elegant period residence with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a Good rating. They have highly trained staff, who work in a friendly, team orientated way. They have excellent relations with social services and health care professionals who they work with collaboratively to deliver high quality care to residents.

About the role – As the Registered Manager your role is to lead a team of staff to deliver high quality care. The role comes with a high level of autonomy as to how you deploy your resources. It is varied and will include hands on care as well as delivering training, recruitment of staff, ensuring care plans are delivered in a person centred way, compliance management and implementing policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience required – You will need a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be working toward the Level 5. Or be willing to. We are looking for someone who has worked with the same client group with staff supervision experience.
