The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a children’s residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Lead, develop, and support a dedicated staff team.
• Maintain and improve OFSTED ratings, ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
• Manage budgets, safeguarding procedures, and care plans.
• Foster a nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) – Essential
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding OFSTED ratings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, care regulations, and quality standards.
