Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead a specialist 5-bed children’s home? This is a chance to make a meaningful impact, supporting young people who have experienced complex trauma, helping them to heal and rebuild their futures.

The Role

• Lead and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains high standards
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and therapeutic support strategies
• Work closely with social workers, therapists, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes
• Create a safe, structured environment where young people can develop resilience and confidence

About You

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
• A passion for trauma-informed practice and making a lasting impact
• The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
