An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 6-bed children’s home supporting young people recovering from complex trauma. This role is part of a growing organisation committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care in a structured and supportive environment.

The Role

• Lead and develop a dedicated team to provide trauma-informed care
• Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains the highest standards
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and individualised support strategies
• Work collaboratively with therapists, social workers, and external professionals
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can rebuild their lives

About You

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
• A passion for trauma-informed practice and delivering high-quality care
• The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
