Leicester | Total Package up to £68,500
Basic Salary up to £50,500 + Performance Bonuses up to £18,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 4-bed children’s home in Leicester. This home provides a therapeutic and structured environment for young people who have experienced complex trauma, helping them to heal and move forward positively.

The Role

• Lead and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains the highest standards
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and tailored support strategies
• Work closely with therapists, social workers, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes
• Foster a safe, structured environment where young people can develop resilience and confidence

About You

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
• A passion for trauma-informed care and achieving positive outcomes for children
• The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
